Restricted Mode
Some YouTube videos will not play which is the result of Restricted Mode. Restricted Mode is an opt-in setting available on the computer and mobile site that helps screen out potentially objectionable content that you may prefer not to see or don't want others in your family to stumble across while enjoying YouTube. You can think of this as a parental control setting for YouTube.
Here's how to turn off restricted mode:
1. go to YouTube.com
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
3. One of the options at the bottom of the page will show a Restricted Mode option: Click on it.

4. Select "off" instead of "on" and click save. 5. Go back to the video you wanted to watch and retry.
